If you purchase goods (eg bowls) from non authorised distributors (overseas or local), you have to go back to the original retailer to remedy any issue or dissatisfaction. Bowls Avenue is a stockist of Drakes Pride and Henselite bowling products in New Zealand.
You have 7 days to return the product (unused) and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached (proof of purchase). You must call us before you return the product with a reason as to why you are returning the goods. The customer will send the product to us at their own cost. There may be a handling charge.
Any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Bowls Avenue.
Bowls Avenue has the right to send the product back if you don't follow the terms set out above.

If we need to inspect the goods, you can return the goods to the original place of purchase or if you purchased from Bowls Avenue directly back to us. The customer will pay for the costs of returning the goods.
Proof of purchase is required.
After inspection, and the goods are found to be faulty, we will repair or replace and return the goods at our costs. If there is nothing wrong with the goods, the customer will have to pay for the goods to be returned.
If Bowls Avenue has to order goods from the wholesaler e.g. a set of bowls, the order will only be placed after payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the goods are received from the wholesaler. For goods in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the next working day following receipt of payment.
Under normal conditions, it should take one working day within the North Island and 2-3 working days to the South Island. There may be delays if there are adverse conditions ( flooding, land slips)
