Terms of Trade

If Bowls Avenue has to order goods from the wholesaler e.g. a set of bowls, the order will only be placed after payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the goods are received from the wholesaler.  For goods in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the next working day following receipt of payment.

Your goods should arrive within 2-4 working days depending on your local courier. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, then give us a call.

You have 7 days to return the product (unused) and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached. You must call us before you return the product with a reason why you are returning the goods. Any refund or credit will be at the discretion of Bowls Avenue Ltd.  There may be a handling charge.

Bowls Avenue has the right to send the product back if you don't follow the terms set out above. The customer will send back the product at their own cost.
