If you purchase goods (eg bowls) from non authorised distributors (overseas or local), you have to go back to the original retailer to remedy any issue or dissatisfaction. Bowls Avenue is a stockist of Taylor and Greenmaster bowling products in New Zealand.
You have 7 days to return the product (unused) and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice attached (proof of purchase). You must call us before you return the product with a reason as to why you are returning the goods. The customer will send the product to us at their own cost.
We will issue a credit to the value of the goods returned to be used for future purchases.
Bowls Avenue has the right to send the product back if you don't follow the terms set out above.
If you purchase from our authorised dealers, you will have to return via the authorised dealers.
In the first instance, please call and discuss the matter on 0508 (TAYLOR) 829 567.
If we need to inspect the goods, you can return the goods to the original place of purchase or if you purchased from Bowls Avenue directly back to us. The customer will pay for the costs of returning the goods.
Proof of purchase is required.
After inspection, and the goods are found to be faulty, we will repair or replace and return the goods at our costs. If there is nothing wrong with the goods, the customer will have to pay for the goods to be returned.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as it has been paid.
Under normal conditions, it should take one working day within the North Island and 2-3 working days to the South Island.There may be delays if there are adverse conditions ( flooding, land slips)
